    If you would like to apply for a waiver of the participation fee, please download the application form from the "Download Participation Fee Waiver Application Form" below and submit it to the Secretariat (info@jsm2024.com) by e-mail.

    • (*1) Please submit the "Application for Exemption from Participation Fee" to the Secretariat by e-mail.
    • (*2) Please submit the "Application for Exemption of Participation Fee" and a "copy of your student ID" to the Secretariat by e-mail.
    • ■If you are a member, please enter your membership number on the registration form.
    • ■Accepted Credit cards are VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners Club.

    • ■If you are participating in this meeting for the first time, please register using the "New Registration" button on the registration page from the "Registration" button at the bottom of this page.
    • ■After completing the new registration, a "Registration Notice" e-mail will be automatically sent to the registered e-mail address. If you do not receive the e-mail within 30 minutes, the registration process may not have been completed, so please contact the secretariat.
    My Page
    • ■Login with your registered email address and password.
    • ■On My Page, you can check your registration details and change your basic registration information.
    • ■You can download (print) "Admission Ticket" and "Program Abstracts" from My Page.
    • ■You can print out the Participation Certificate (PDF) from "Issue Participation Certificate" on My Page.
    • ■Receipts (PDF) can be printed from "Issuance of receipts" on the application details page.
